Just-ripe cherry, plum sauce, and Sichuan pepper dominate the soft entry to the palate, with an added layer of confected fruit and spice from the whole bunch component. There is an intriguing savoury character to the wine, but the finish is all fruit sweetness that will fill out more over time.
