DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 Australia wide, and free shipping when you spend $200 or more.
DELIVERY REGIONS AND TIMEFRAMES
Australia Post eParcel is our delivery partner and covers all metro and most regional areas. However, the Australian government does not permit alcohol to be delivered to classified dryzones. Please email us at wine@dexterwines.com.au if you require clarification.
Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. Dispatch will be delayed in unfavourable weather conditions, such as periods of extreme heat, unless instructed otherwise by the customer. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please inform the Dexter wines team via phone or email.
Delivery times are approximately 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
When your order is scanned we will send you an email with your Australia Post eParcel tracking number.
Dexter Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. So please note that you or the person receiving your order must have ID proving they are over 18 years of age.
